其實我是想打鐵趁熱，早點上來發一篇關於SOPA&PIPA的文章，結果拖到現在= =
我對台灣論壇不太熟悉，PTT我看也沒有幾個人對這有興趣
我想影響最大的就會是這個版了，所以放在這邊
以下會有點長，但這真的很重要，關係到未來所有網路使用者的權益
其實有在逛國外網站的人，就會發現今天(美國時間1/18)就跟公祭日一樣
數十個主要社群網站都變成了黑色，連WIKI都關站一天，只為了抗議一件事：
SOPA(停止線上盜版法案)與PIPA(保護IP法案)

我簡單說明，詳細講太多會沒人想看......，Google"SOPA"，你會得到你想要的
今天美國已經有了著作權相關法案，為什麼還要表決這項SOPA?
舉例，你今天把低調碼藏在文章的某個地方，或是把網址破壞，用盡方法
目前的著作權法下對你沒輒，事實上這些低調物如果沒有透過PTT這種大型網站宣傳，
你很難打開通路
SOPA一但通過，在美國所有像PTT這樣的網站將全數違法
只要著作權擁有者"認定"你侵權，即可向美國司法機關申請"關閉"該網站
再下令所有搜尋引擎拿掉關於該網站的所有搜尋結果
對，C_CHAT版有幾個人侵權，PTT整個消失，就這樣

這不只是在說那些本來就讓人反感的盜版物，而是所有的二次創作、影音MIX、BROADCAST
一切你想得到關於版權的物品、媒介，就算你只是上傳對你兒子的生日祝福
結果旁邊剛好拍到你阿公在看涼宮春日，對不起你侵權
情節嚴重，你所在的網路平台將直接關閉，靜待司法審決。
我能理解這是一個美國正在表決的法案罷了，時差12小時，干我們屁事，我們還有大陸
請想想，為什麼美國明知道這個法案會惹毛所有人，為什麼還要二度提案？
請想想，如果美國先開砲了，下一個會是哪個國家？
這可不是某國可笑的兒童色情管制條例之類的東西，這是玩真的
請關注這條法案，不要被台灣給鎖住了，這關係到所有人的言論自由，所有人。
