After taking swings with a pitching machine for the first time in six weeks on F
riday, Trout could begin facing live pitching when the team returns to Los Angel
es on Thursday.

While it isn’t set in stone that the 11-time All-Star will face pitchers, manag
er Phil Nevin said the superstar outfielder was hitting off a machine again on W
ednesday and progressing well.

雖然還未確定，但Nevin說鱒魚今天又打了發球機而且目前進展不錯

“He’s hitting again today and he feels really good,” Nevin said. “So, we’re
 gonna move forward with some of the things he’s been doing. He feels like he’
s really close [to a return]. We might be able to make a decision in the next co
uple of days about him seeing some pitchers.

「他（Trout）今天又打了一次，感覺不錯，所以我們決定進行下一步。他覺得自己狀態接
近回歸了，在他面對一些投手後，我們會在接下來幾天做出決定。」

"We’ve got an off-day [Thursday] and can make anything happen, but we’re encou
raged about where he’s at right now."

「我們明天休兵所以可以進行任何事，但我們對他現在的狀態感到很振奮。」

應該是美國時間的下週三，具體時間還要看大谷在牛棚練投的狀況
