 "affirm[ing]" that the authority of the President under the Authorization
for Use of Military Force Against Terrorists (AUMF), a joint resolution
passed in the immediate aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks, includes
the power to detain, via the Armed Forces, any person (including a U.S.
citizen[13][21]) "who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the
Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the
United States or its coalition partners", and anyone who commits a
"belligerent act" against the U.S. or its coalition allies in aid of such
enemy forces, under the law of war, "without trial, until the end of the
hostilities authorized by the [AUMF]". The text authorizes trial by military
tribunal, or "transfer to the custody or control of the person's country of
origin", or transfer to "any other foreign country, or any other foreign
entity"

不管鄉民怎麼看這一段，都該想想在國土上動用軍隊逮人是什麼意思

另外，"和恐怖份子合作的敵人將在戰爭法下毋須經過司法審判
無限期拘留直到AUMF結束"

最後，在去年十二月中的時候
NDAA裡原本在簽屬時本該保護美國公民權益不受此法侵犯的條款忽然被移除了
意思是說連美國公民也可能被聯邦政府無限期人間蒸發

總之，我想稍微預測這次官方會公開的恐怖份子的身分
可能性有三
１。伊朗
２。北韓
３。美國本土擁憲法的愛國激進份子　(domestic terrorist)

我覺得可能性最大的是３
而假如這個預測正確的話
鄉民真的該準備落跑了






所以，美國的鄉民自己推理世界即將前進的大方向看著辦吧
