Desc:
#sudo /etc/init.d/mysql stop
Stopping MySQL database server: mysqld failed!
Why:
I deleted the 'debian-sys-maint' account in mysql, which is used to excute
/etc/init.d/mysql script to manage mysqld.
Solve:
Recreate the 'debian-sys-maint' account.
You can find your debian-sys-maint password in /etc/mysql/debian.cnf
Remember to grant all privileges.
