Sam Cassell, who was hired by the Sixers as an assistant coach this offseason.
76人控衛Ben Simmons正在跟Sam Cassell練跳投，Sam Cassell是在這個休賽季被76人聘來
當助理教練的。

Simmons is one of the best players in the NBA, but he has no resemblance of a
jumper. The Sixers are hoping Cassell can help the All-Star become a better
shooter.
Simmons是聯盟裡頂尖球員之一，但是他一點都沒有射手的樣子。76球團希望Cassell可以
幫助到他的投射。

Ben Simmons has made just two 3-pointers in the NBA with the Sixers. He’s
2-of-24.
他在76人的職業生涯只有投進2顆三分球，目前是2-24。

For the Sixers to win a championship with Simmons and Joel Embiid, the former
Rookie of the Year must develop at least a mid-range jump shot so teams don’
t pack the paint against him and dare him to shoot.
76人若是真想要靠Simmons跟Joel Embiid拿冠軍，Simmons這位前年度菜鳥得主必須至少要
培養出中距離的跳投能力，不然其他隊伍就賭他不敢投，然後就在禁區塞滿人。

When Simmons is on the floor, Embiid doesn’t have space to operate in the
post.
當Simmons在場上的時候，Embiid沒有空間可以打。

The Sixers hired former Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers after
firing Brett Brown. Former Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey also
joined the franchise as the team’s new president of basketball operations.
76人開除了Brett Brown後，從快艇聘來了Doc Rivers。前火箭總管Daryl Morey也加入76
人，成為76人新的球團營運總裁。

Simmons or Embiid will get traded after this season if the Sixers don’t go
on a deep playoff run. Morey is one of the most aggressive execs in NBA
history and won’t be afraid to make drastic changes in Philly.
若是這一季最後76人仍然在季後賽前段就掃地出門，Simmons或者Embiid將會被交易掉。總
管Morey在聯盟裡有著積極交易的歷史，他是不會畏懼大刀破斧的改變的。

Last season, Simmons averaged 16.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and 8.0 assists per
game for the 76ers. The team got swept by the Boston Celtics in the first
round of the 2020 playoffs at Walt Disney World in the NBA bubble. Simmons
didn’t play due to a knee injury that required surgery.
上一季，Simmons的場均16.4分，7.8個籃板。8.0次助攻，而76人在閉門比賽時，季後賽第
一輪就被青賽掃地出門。Simmons則是因為膝傷接受手術沒打。
