我們身為人的困境之一，總是試圖逃跑....當你不再試圖逃跑時，你會發現自己。

See, I think that that's that's one of our struggles as people is wanting to
escape and instead of standing firm, and standing, ten toes, you know, like
Nipsey would say, you know, just standing. Standing there and deal with it.

我們身為人總是想著逃跑，而不是站穩處理困境。

You know, being at peace with yourself and the decision that you're making for
your life.
Because you know the war is going out outside of you.
and if I am going through a battle internally and i'm not able to answer my
own question and not question God and not question what's happening to me.
you know, like not asking questions like why me? why me?

因為戰爭是在你之外發生，所以你必須感到平靜，為自己做決定。
如果我正在經歷自己內部的戰鬥，我不會一直質疑，質疑上帝，為什麼是我？

You know those are the times where you got to stay rooted. you have to stay
grounded.
Meditation, definitely, definitely is the answer, it's not the only answer
though.
Prayer is definitely the answer, but it's not the only answer.
Uh, you know, going to therapy and going to counseling is an answer but it's
not the only answer.

你必須堅定不移。
冥想跟祈禱都會是解決的方法，但也都不會是唯一的方法。
接受治療及諮商亦然。

You know, you find yourself when you stop trying to escape all time, and stop
escaping your fear, stop escaping your anxiety, Stop escaping your thoughts
and really just calm yourself in places where you know where you supposed to
be.

當你不再試圖逃避，不再逃避你的恐懼、焦慮、想法，
並且真正的讓自己平靜下來，那麼你將會知道自己該何去何從。
