Al Horford說今夏自由市場時, 他曾強烈考慮加盟雷霆

Horford ended up agreeing to a four-year, $113 million contract with the
Celtics on July 2, but on the opening of free agency on July 1, Horford
talked with the Thunder and Billy Donovan. Horford was coached three seasons
at the University of Florida, where together they won two national
championships.

當然最後Horford是以4Y/$113M加盟青賽, 但7/1自由市場開市時他跟雷霆以及Donovan的
確談過, Horford念佛羅里達大學時受教於Donovan, 並在其麾下共同贏得兩座全國冠軍

Here's what Horford had to say to the media on Sunday when asked about his

free agency:

What were your thoughts on the Thunder going into that period?

媒體問: 那時候你對雷霆的看法是什麼呢?

"Yeah, it was a hectic period for me. They were a team that I was ... I
didn't say this to him (Donovan) but I was strongly considering them, just
the possibilities of playing under Coach (Donovan) again. Those were
realistic things. But at the end of the day I made my decision to be here in
Boston."

Horford: 是的, 那時對我而言是個令人興奮的時刻, 雷霆曾是一支我想加盟的隊伍, 我
沒跟Donovan說過這些但我的確很強烈的考慮過他們, 考慮過再次替Donovan打球, 那些

Did the uncertainty of Kevin Durant play into that, that you didn't consider
them even stronger?

媒體問: 你後來沒考慮加入雷霆是跟當時KD的不確定性有關嗎?

"At the time that was definitely something that I looked at. I felt like I
made the right decision."

Horford: 那時KD的去向無疑是我很關切的點, 我想我真的做對了決定
