以前習慣去RealGM看鄉民討論的林迷，可以轉移陣地了。:)
RealGM上雖然也有火箭板，但遠不及clutchfans熱鬧。

現在論壇上有一篇置頂的討論主題
"[OFFICIAL] Jeremy Lin IS a Houston Rocket"

以下翻譯兩個球迷的對話：
一個是JohnTs，2012年7月加入論壇，是尼克迷也是林迷。
另一個是ArtV，2002年6月加入論壇，是10年以上的火箭迷。

NY only gave Lin a chance when all their PGs went down with injuries. They
act like they are the reason for his play. He is the reason for his play and
he got the opportunity by default not as a favor. And they could have still
had him back but for some very strange reason they decided to sign an out of
shape Felton instead.

Lin is his own man just as he should be. Welcome back Jeremy

紐約尼克直到他們所有的後衛都受傷之後，才給林一個機會。
尼克表現得一副林之所以成功全都該歸功於他們。
林的成功是歸功自己的努力，尼克沒有特意給他機會，只是那時正好輪到他。
而且他們本來可以把林簽回來，卻因為莫名的理由，決定簽下身材走樣的肥頓。

林一直以來都是靠自己，這才是對的。

Being upset is ok. Calling him racist name, a traitor, etc and making it seem
like its his fault for leaving is where its messed up. Dolan has plenty and
why in the world would you sign Felton? Goran left the Rockets after he
bloomed when Lowry went down. Nobody called him names. Nobody called him a
traitor. Yes there was anger but it was toward management...and he was an UFA.

Lin is his own man and signing for more money is the natural thing to do. You
could have matched but management chose not to. Who is really to blame here?

沮喪是一回事。但用種族歧視的字眼稱呼林，好像離開全是他的錯，就太糟糕了。
杜蘭有的是錢，為什麼偏偏要簽肥頓？
抓雞在火箭大放異彩，但球季結束就走人。
沒有人給他取難聽的綽號，沒有人叫他叛徒。
球迷是很生氣，但生氣的對象是管理層……更何況抓雞是不受限自由球員。

林是獨立個體，他簽下金額較高的合約也合情合理。
尼克高層只需跟進合約就能留下他，但高層選擇放棄。
這究竟該怪誰？

I agree 100%. I think it's pretty humorous that people are calling him a
traitor, like the dude isn't supposed to try to get as much guaranteed money
as he can. I also think the racist comments are completely out of line for a
guy who made a business decision for himself.

As where LeBron had a choice of where he wanted to go, Lin didn't have that
much of a choice; his destiny was to be determined by whoever wanted him
more, not necessarily vice versa.

LBJ有權決定自己的去向，林卻沒有這樣的選擇。
他的去向取決於哪一支隊伍更有心想網羅他，而不是他更想去哪支隊伍。

If Knicks fans are really mad and don't want to express their anger to Dolan
they should look to Morey --- He's the one who set the proverbial bar so high
it made Dolan reconsider offering.

如果尼克球迷真的很憤怒，但又不想把怒氣發洩在杜蘭身上，
那他們生氣的對象應該是莫雷。
他才是那個把金額提高到杜蘭必須重新考慮是否跟進的罪魁禍首。

You can't fault Lin (or his agent) for trying to get the most money.

你不能責怪林（或他的經紀人）設法爭取最大的合約。

I am a HUGE Lin and Knicks fan. You may have seen me on TV the night he
torched the Lakers, as I was the guy with the orange, "ALL I DO IS LIN LIN
LIN" shirt (ESPN gave me like 40sec of airtime!).

我是忠實的林迷和尼克迷。

I'm gonna miss that kid. There was one moment in the Lakers game I was
watching on TV (I DVR'd it to re-watch when i got home), the Knicks were up
41-49 going into halftime, and Lin was playing great but couldn't take
advantage of Tyson Chandler for any alley-oops. Before they let him go into
the lockerroom, Lisa Salters him a quick 1st half interview. I remember a
very intriguing part of the conversation:

我會很想念這個孩子。
對湖人這場有個插曲，我之後才在電視上看到
（我事先預錄比賽，這樣回家後才可以重看）。
上半場尼克以41-49領先，林打得很出色，但他一直無法和拳王連線。
在他進休息室前，記者Lisa Salters攔住他做中場訪問。

Salters: "So, how difficult has it been to get the ball inside like you
usually do"

Lin: "Well we've been trying to do some different things but I need to get
guys like Tyson and Amar'e more involved. I'm gonna go watch some tape right
now"

Salters: "How do you see the.....wait, you're going to look at the tape right
now?"

....and he went and watched the tape, came back out, and was able to utilize
Tyson more effectively en route to having an unbelievable overall game.

然後他就進去看比賽錄影，回到場上後，他和拳王的連線更有效率，
這場比賽令人難以置信。

This kid appears to have the type of work ethic that is extremely hard to
come by, especially in the big bad world of the NBA where it's easier to be
flashy than fundamental. Watching game tape at halftime is just one small
example of the ways in which this kid will try to better himself.

這孩子擁有的敬業態度簡直難能可貴，
特別是在NBA這個大染缸，華而不實往往比腳踏實地要來得容易。
在比賽中場看錄影帶，從這個小例子就可以看出，這孩子是怎樣努力讓自己更進步。

While I understand the logic of the Knicks deciding not to bring him back, I
don't necessarily agree with it; but you never have to agree with the
decision your team makes, and so I will take this with a (very large) grain
of salt, and hopefully Lin becomes a very solid NBA player.

儘管我可以理解尼克不簽他回來的背後邏輯，但我並不贊同這項決定；
然而你並不需要同意你支持球隊的每個決定，所以我只能對此持保留態度。
並且希望林能夠成為一名表現紮實穩定的NBA球員。

The sneak in me would think that this is a Knicks move to set themselves up
to trade away Amar'e and get CP3, but I think we all know by now that Dolan
isn't very good at poker.

雖然我暗自猜想尼克下這步棋，是為了之後交易阿罵、換來CP3，
但我們都知道杜蘭在牌桌上的表現不怎麼高明。

還是有像JohnTs這樣比較理性的尼克迷。XD

（不過他為了林特地加入火箭論壇，應該也算是忠實林迷。）
