- there isn't a possibility to mount stabilizers on some
oscillating turret vehicles, because the stabilizer can't
stabilize an entire turret. However, some OT vehicles can mount
it, as this issue was dealt with technically in real life

- as reported earlier, KV-1S will split into (SS: mobile) tier 5
  KV-1S and tier 6 tank, consisting of KV-85, KV-100 and KV-122
  (SS: expect massive mobility nerf)

  they haven't been nerfed yet
