昨天金鶯美東封王的同時

他們也和政府敲定一份30年的球場租約

除了取得6億鎂的公共資金翻新球場外

根據今天的報導

The agreement includes an option for two five-year extensions and a 99-year deve
lopment rights agreement for areas surrounding the ballpark, including the famou
s warehouse and Camden Station. The Orioles will pay $94 million in rent over th
at 99-year term.

這次金鶯也獲得球場周邊地區99年的開發權

然後這99年共計要再支付9400萬美金的租金(一年平均95萬鎂)

The deal also transfers operations and maintenance responsibilities for the ball
park from the Stadium Authority to the Orioles. The governor's office said the S
tadium Authority is currently responsible for funding operations and maintenance
 work at Camden Yards, spending an average of $6.5 million a year above and beyo
nd rent income.

此外球場的營運&維護職責，在這新租約中也將由金鶯隊接手

之前政府每年大約要花650萬美金來養這球場

現在是要金鶯自己負責了

“By shifting operations and maintenance responsibility to the Orioles, the Mary
land Stadium Authority will save money and will contribute a portion of the savi
ngs, $3.3 million per year, for the duration of the stadium agreement toward a s
afety and repair fund to keep the stadium in top-notch condition,” the statemen
t said. “Funds will be dedicated to updating and maintaining critical stadium e
quipment such as elevators, chillers, and escalators.”

但政府省下來的錢，還是每年會撥330萬鎂回來

作為安全和維修基金，以保持體育場的正常運作

將專門用於更新和維護關鍵的體育場設備

例如電梯、手扶梯
