Gerrit Cole said that he is dealing with nerve inflammation and edema. “Three t
o four weeks no throw, and we’ll go from there.”

Cole的診斷結果：神經發炎以及水腫
會先停止投球3到4週，之後再看看
他說他們認為原因在於春訓的調整進度衝得有點太快了

Gerrit Cole said he is not scheduled to get any PRP injections. “Just rest and
recovery.” Will keep his arm live with plyo exercises, etc. until he can resume
throwing. Said it is too soon to look at the calendar and circle a return date.

Cole說不用打PRP，只需要休息等待復原
在恢復投球以前他還是會進行其他訓練以保持狀況
另外目前要確定時間表以及回歸的日期還太早
