如題，之前在IG上看到美國Dartmouth College邀請Roger Federer擔任

2024年畢業典禮致詞嘉賓的消息，就一直很期待他會講什麼，下面附上Youtube完整

在整段演講中Federer拿他的網球生涯來舉例跟分享他學到的人生lessons，

個人最喜歡他講到的第二個lesson: "It's only a point."

(可能是因為他這邊提到的是2008跟Nadal的溫網決賽xd)



再次全心全意投入到下一分當中。」

"The truth is, whatever game you play in life... sometimes you’re going to
lose. A point, a match, a season, a job... it’s a roller coaster, with many
ups and downs.

And it’s natural, when you’re down, to doubt yourself. To feel sorry for
yourself.

And by the way, your opponents have self-doubt, too. Don’t ever forget that.

But negative energy is wasted energy.

You want to become a master at overcoming hard moments. That to me is the
sign of a champion.

You accept it. Cry it out if you need to... then force a smile.

You move on. Be relentless. Adapt and grow."


整個演講大概25分鐘，看的時候很有共鳴，也有被鼓勵到的感覺。

看到最後結束的時候Federer哽了一下，也跟著快哭出來，真的講得很動人，
