Dear Broadcom/ATMEL/Marvell/Qualcomm/Infineo(單選題任選一),


We're citizens in Taiwan. We'd like to remind you that your main OSAT supplier,
ASE, is violating the regulation in Taiwan and Basel Convention as it discharge
wastewater to the rivers intentionally for couple of times. It's been and will
be a serious problem globally.

ASE, the worldwide leading semiconductor downstream palyer, has been reported
to discharge the wastewater intentioanlly for long. Meanwhile, it consistently
announces it a minor problem. The government should have shut it down during
further investigation but it's too weak to deal with such issue efficiently so
far.

As citizens in Taiwan, we believe we're repsonible for our land, and strongly
urge you should discuss the issue as soon as you can. We'll definitely take
further action to let everyone know you also breach your enviornmental policy
if you ignore the request.

As a citizen in Taiwan, I am very pleased that you chooses many companies
in Taiwan as your important partners of chip manufacturing. However, your
high performance chips should not be made by the companies which release
wastewater containing heavy metals without proper treatment.

Your shareholders are now earning great dividend every year at the expense of
polluted river and farmland in Taiwan.

ASE’s misbehavior seriously violates
your public policy of environment.

PLEASE SERIOUS REVIEW YOUR ORDER TO ASE
AND TAKE THIS POLLUTION EVENT INTO CONSIDERATION.
