JD Power：起亞/Genesis/保時捷的新車品質最佳
根據 JD Power 最新發佈的「新車品質調查」（IQS）報告，我們看到了一份有趣的結果
—— 起亞、Genesis、保時捷的「百車問題數」（PP100）最少，沃爾沃、捷豹、菲亞特
則毛病最多。JD Power 的新車品質調查，在業內屬於一個重要的指標，主要著重於消費
者在購車短期後的體驗。繼 2016 年打破了被豪車品牌把持了 27 年的記錄之後，起亞在
2017 年再度登頂，PP100 指標僅 72 ；其次是 Genesis（77）和保時捷（78）。

福特（Ford）的表現也有目共睹，其 PP100 分數從去年的 102 降低到了 86 。有趣的是
，公羊（Ram）今年竟然爬到了第 5 的位置（86 PP100），而它去年的成績是低於均值的
114 。

豐田的位置有些尷尬，從第 4 名掉到了只比均值略高一丟丟的 95 分。墊底的則是菲亞
特（163 PP100）、捷豹（148）、已經沃爾沃（134）。

需要指出的是，儘管 JD Power 的 IQS 調查報導屬於業內標竿，但它並不能完美而全面
地反映實際。
