俄國造成的恐怖場景每天上演，使得此等物資更顯必要，

Baerbock 更強調現在不能再找藉口，必須用創意和務實來解決問題，
這句話被認為是劍指德國總理蕭茲

德國媒體指稱總理蕭茲阻止其他德國政治人物造訪基輔
以及拖延德國對烏克蘭的軍援

報導指出德國國防部長(和蕭茲同屬社民黨)感到沮喪但仍服從嚴格指令

德國社民黨議員辯稱蕭茲是低調的人物，且近日曾與澤倫斯基通話，
已經努力協助烏克蘭

澤倫斯基反而幫蕭茲緩頰，表示理解德國在俄國有重大利益，
以及德國政府比民間更為謹慎，但是已經在緩慢轉變立場
