[討論] 不沾鍋真的不能煮水餃嗎？

之前一直覺得不沾鍋就是一鍋到底的好夥伴
炒東西、煎東西、煮湯也都可以直接用

但前陣子去朋友家，我們用不沾鍋燙水餃吃
後來隔幾天她媽媽說不能這樣子用
鍋子的塗層會壞掉
她媽媽還直接買了一個新的....
害我有點不好意思哈哈

有google但好像沒有關於這方面的討論
多數都是說避免鍋子不要有太多的溫差
想知道這樣做真的會有問題嗎？？
