各位版友大家午安,
從今年初到現在陸陸續續有一些轉職面試的經驗,
驚覺年華老去記憶衰退,
因此趁著還有模糊記憶的時候趕快寫下來分享給大家,
希望對各位求職有所幫助!
這樣的習慣也可以檢視自己面試時的優缺點,
我覺得是每一個求職者都應該培養的!

我的背景:
IT顧問: 4.5年  管理顧問: 4年
總工作資歷八年都是在顧問業

台科大資管所畢業

分享四個面試經驗分別是:
1. Nike 大中華區總部
2. Amazon 大中華區總部
3. Dassault System
4. 外商藥廠

NIKE

職缺: Senior Strategy & Performance Manager – Supply Chain
地點: 上海

Round 1 – Skype Interview
Interviewer – Senior Director–DPIM, Nike Greater China

Question:
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. Why Nike?
3. Please share your project experience which are relevant to FMCG
   or Sporting Goods.
4. What is the biggest challenge you have ever faced during the project
   implementation and how you resolved it?
5. What are the most critical supply chain KPIs for sporting goods industry
   and why?
6. Do you have any questions for me or for the position?

Round 2 – Face to face Interview @ Nike Campus Shanghai
Interviewer – HR Manager, Nike Greater China

Campus tour:
HR 帶我逛了整個Nike Campus,
位於楊浦區五角場今年年初才啟用的Nike 大中華區總部,
工作環境我覺得很不錯,
兩棟高樓 (分別是李娜樓及劉翔樓)聳立,
有完善的健身中心, 籃球場, 足球場,
員工在任何時間都可以去健身中心或者球場運動,
採彈性上班制, 只要在10:00 – 16:00 之間找得到你的人即可!

HR Interview:
1. What is your impression of Nike?
2. Do you have any question regarding working environment, Nike organization,
   or career path at Nike?
3. Tell me about your leadership experience.
4. If one of your team member performs very poor, how would you cultivate
   him/her to perform better?
5. What is your career goal in 5 and 10 years?

Final Round – Face to face Interview @ Nike Campus Shanghai
Interviewer – Senior Director of DPIM, Director of DP, & Director of IM
3 vs 1 Interview

Question:
1. Tell me about yourself, especially the experience relevant to this role.
2. Have you done any homework prior the interview? If yes, please share what
   you have learnt about Nike.
3. Have you done any project related to demand planning in FMCG industry?
4. Tell me how would you improve the forecast accuracy in this industry?
4. Why would you like to switch your career from consulting to industry?
5. Give me some matrices which are used to evaluate supply chain performance
   and how you intend to use them within Nike.
6. Do you like exercise? and with what kind of sports?
7. As you know, Nike Greater China has been through a slow growth for past
   few years; what is the key reason behind that and how would you improve?
8. Any questions for us?

Offer: Not Get
Annual Package: RMB 600,000 – 700,000 in total

總結:
雖然最後沒能拿到聘書, 不過整體跟Nike 面試的經驗是愉快的,
人資非常的專業,
對於每一次的面試都會清楚地告知面試的形式, 面試官背景,
也會詢問我對面試的回饋,
並且清楚地介紹Nike 的組織架構及升遷管道,
Campus Tour讓我很羨慕在裡面工作的員工呀….

Amazon

職缺: Senior Program Manager
地點: 北京

Round 1 – Phone Interview
Interviewer – HR Manager –  Amazon Greater China

Question:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Tell me about your project management experience.
3. Do you have any questions for Amazon?

Round 2 – Phone Interview
Interviewer – Hiring Manager

Question:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Walkthrough the relevant project experience.
3. What’s your biggest challenge during project implementation?
4. How would you manage the stakeholder in your project?
5. Do you have any experience for E-Commerce or how you see E-Commerce in
   China?
6. Do you have any questions for me?

Offer: Not Get
Annual Package: Roughly RMB 600,000 in total

總結:
Amazon HR會從過去的Profile中找尋合適的人員來進行新職缺的面試,
整個面試過程也算愉快,
我想沒上的主因是因為我沒有電商的經驗!

Dassault System 法商達梭系統
職缺: High Tech Industry Consulting Manager – APAC
地點: 台北

Round 1 – Phone Interview
Interviewer – Industry Director, APAC

Question:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. How do you see high-tech industry? What are the major trends for high-tech
   industry?
3. Could you tell me more about your project experience for high-tech
   clients? What’s the biggest challenge for them to be succeeded in this
   industry?
4. What’s the role of R&D department in terms of the overall supply chain
   performance? And how do you better manage R&D to improve your supply chain
   performance?
5. Do you have any experience in selling the project and how do you prepare
   the presentation with COO or VP?
6. Do you have any questions for me?

Round 2 – Phone Interview
Interviewer – Industry VP, Worldwide

Question:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. How do you perform in the previous interview?
3. Please share the growth strategy with me if you are hired to this position.
4. As we know that product life cycle is getting shorter and shorter in
   high-tech, how would you improve your product lifecycle management to better
   react this situation?
5. Could you share what’s your learning plan after you’re hired?
6. Tell me what’s your opinion if Dassault builds its own consulting team?
   What’re the pros & cons?

Round 3 – Video Conference Interview
Interviewer – GM, Greater China

Question:
1. Why should I hire you?
2. Do you have any experience in China for high-tech clients?
3. What’s the difference between China’s high-tech player and Taiwan’s?
4. Tell me one of your projects in China for high-tech. What you achieved?

Offer: Get
Annual Package: Roughly 2.6M to 3M TWD in total

總結:
雖然最後沒有選擇去Dassault,
但Hiring Manager 會主動電話跟郵件詢問我的想法及疑慮,
雖然Hiring Manager人在美國但他還是很願意利用私人的時間解答我對職業生涯的疑惑,
我非常感謝, 充分感受到這家公司對於招聘人才的看重程度!

外商藥廠
職缺: Regional Business Process Improvement Manager - APAC
地點: 台北

Round 1 – Face to face Interview
Interviewer – Hiring Manager

Question:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why move to industry instead of staying in consulting firm?
3. What’s the difference between being an external consultant & internal
   consultant?
4. What’s biggest obstacle in your past project experience?
5. Give me an example of leading a team to solve complex supply chain issues
   and how you deal with the key stakeholders in the project?

Round 2 – Case Study with Presentation
Interviewer – Hiring Manager

Case:
案例是關於藥廠組織再造後,
做為Business Process Improvement Manager如何調整或者透過不同的專案
提升客戶滿意度, 並簡化組織流程!
簡報十五分鐘, 問答十五分鐘, 全部為英文!

Offer: Not Get
Annual Package: Roughly 2M to 2.5M TWD in total

總結:
最後沒拿到Offer,
我想主因是Case Study時沒有講到Hiring Manager想要聽的點,
這是少數開在台灣的外商區域型職缺,
Hiring Manager也一直說他找這個位子已經很久了,
他一直試著想把這個位子留在台灣
但一直找不到英文溝通流利並有豐富專案經驗及溝通技巧的台灣人才,
因此現在也不排斥把這個位子開在上海或者印度!

呼, 終於寫完了,
長篇大論了一番,
還是希望對各位有幫助,
最後簡單的建議大家,
面試經驗非常可貴,
最好能把每次的面試過程做個筆記,
面試之前Check Company Profile, Annual Report, Letter to Stakeholder更是基本!
不管最後有沒有錄取,
寫封感謝信跟HR保持良好關係總是沒有壞處的!
